MUNIRA VIRANY

Co-Managing Partner & CEO

Munira is a successful entrepreneur and principal at ZCM Holdings. She is an expert in business strategy, analysis, and operations. Munira currently participates in various real estate deals including residential, multi-family, and hospitality. She currently heads operations and growth for ZCM, a mid-sized real estate investment, asset, and property management company based in Colorado that was recently recognized in the top 9% of Inc 5000 honorees.

Munira also consulted with complex engagements at a Fortune 500 company for 10+ years; during which she focused on recouping indirect costs for US healthcare systems.

Following, she engaged in franchise ownership and successfully grew that business to more than $8M in annual revenue. Munira oversaw a headcount of ~540 employees as a franchise owner.

Munira holds a BS in Biology from Emory and a Masters  in Health Science from Johns Hopkins.

JACQUELINE POST LADHA

Jacqueline is a seasoned executive and licensed real estate attorney with 20+ years of leadership with real estate acquisitions, operations, land use, and sales. Current portfolio includes over $85M AUM of residential and development.

Currently, Jacqueline is a principal at ZCM Holdings, that was recently recognized in the top 9% of Inc 5000 honorees. She is a strategy leader concentrating on residential investment and operations with a focus on efficient growth & workforce housing.

Prior, she ran a Federal agency’s nationwide real estate transaction and strategy program. Jacqueline operated in a dual legal and business role and was responsible for all land transactions and land use matters including public private partnerships and Administration infrastructure initiatives, with a portfolio value of ~$5B.

Jacqueline’s expertise includes structuring and execution of complex deals, joint ventures, strategy legal, negotiation, and lobbying for legislative needs.

 

Jacqueline holds a BA from Florida State University and a Juris Doctor with honors from Nova Southeastern University.

WINSTON CHOU

Partner & Chief Investment Officer

Winston is an expert in running real estate private placements and associated financials with a private equity background. He invests in self-storage and land and holds an ownership interest in a real estate-backed startup hospitality company.

Prior, Winston held hybrid acquisition and asset management roles, most recently with Sage Realty and Cohen Equities. Winston successfully created a value-add office acquisition platform and manages internal forecasting/planning for a portfolio of 2.8M SF of Class-A Office, valued at ~$2B. Winston has also managed the deal pipeline and underwriting of varied asset classes (retail, office & multifamily) while overseeing a retail portfolio consisting of ~500k SF.

Winston also has worked extensively as a consultant specializing in underwriting, due diligence, and plan formation with a focus on multifamily. He has engaged 7M+ SF of storage valued at over $2B and closed on ~400,000 sf of storage valued at ~$100M and 276 multifamily units valued at ~$33M in the last 12 months.

Winston holds a BBA in Real Estate Finance from the University of Central Florida and an MS in Real Estate Development from New York University.
